Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Jordi (“I”, “me”, “my”) handles information in the mobile applications published on Google Play (the “Apps”) and on the website jordi.ovh (the “Website”). It applies to every App published under this developer account, unless a specific App provides its own policy.

Summary: the Apps do not require an account, do not ask you for personal information and store their data only on your device. However, the Apps use third-party services for advertising and analytics/crash reporting (Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase / Firebase Crashlytics), which may automatically collect certain device and usage data.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Jordi, developer of the Apps and the Website, reachable at contacto@jordi.ovh. This is the contact point for any privacy question or request.

2. Information you provide to me

The Apps do not require you to create an account, register or sign in, and they do not ask you for your name, e-mail address, phone number or any other personal information in order to be used. If you contact me by e-mail, I will receive your e-mail address and the content of your message, and I will use it only to answer you.

3. Information stored on your device

Settings, preferences and any content you create inside an App are stored locally on your device. This information is not sent to me and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings.

4. Information collected automatically by third-party services

The Apps integrate third-party services that may collect information automatically. These providers process the data as independent controllers or as service providers according to their own privacy policies:

Advertising — Google AdMob

The Apps may display ads served by Google AdMob. To provide and measure ads, AdMob may collect information such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, device and operating system information, general (non-precise) location derived from your IP address, and your interactions with ads. Google’s use of this information is described in Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Analytics and crash reporting — Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics

The Apps may use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the Apps are used, and Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix crashes. These services may collect data such as app usage events, session information, device identifiers, device model, operating system and version, and crash diagnostics. 5. How information is used and shared

To display and measure advertisements (AdMob).
To understand usage and improve the Apps (Analytics).
To detect, diagnose and fix crashes and errors (Crashlytics).
To respond to you when you contact me.

I do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the third-party service providers described above, which act on my behalf or as independent providers for the purposes listed. I may also disclose information if required by law.

6. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Where the GDPR or equivalent law applies, the processing is based on: your consent (for personalised advertising and analytics where required, which you can manage as described below), my legitimate interest in keeping the Apps secure, functional and error-free, and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time through your device settings.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to it, or to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact me at contacto@jordi.ovh.

You can also limit or opt out of interest-based advertising and reset or delete your advertising identifier through your device settings:

Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads (delete/opt out of the advertising ID).

8. Data retention and deletion

I do not keep a copy of the data stored on your device; uninstalling the App removes it. Data processed by the third-party providers is retained according to their own retention policies, as linked above. If you have contacted me by e-mail or wish to request deletion of any data you believe I may hold, send your request to contacto@jordi.ovh and I will handle it as soon as possible.

9. Security

Data sent to or from the third-party services described above is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Children’s privacy

The Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided information, contact me and I will take the necessary steps to delete it.

11. International transfers

The third-party providers (Google) may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, those transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses described in the providers’ privacy policies.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Apps or in the services they use. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
